Shane M. Cook, CCIM, REALTOR® — Brokered by eXp Realty
Commercial Real Estate · Tie Dye Lifestyle
Starting in Arizona real estate in 1997 and building a business across five other Western states taught me that the best deals — and the hardest ones — usually aren’t about the property. They’re about the financials, the business behind it, the land lease underneath it, the note secured by it, or the family trying to untangle who owns what.
I’m Shane Cook, CCIM: a commercial real estate agent, a leader in Arizona REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, and yes, the guy who shows up in tie-dye. This is where the two sides meet.
Three ways people reach me
Listings, buyers, leases, land, and long-term strategy across Arizona’s commercial markets.
See what I handle →Operating businesses, owned and leased property, rental portfolios, notes, partnerships, and investment funds — the real estate side of divorce that goes beyond, and can include, the house.
How this works →For REALTORS® and attorneys nationwide who need a commercial specialist with diverse real estate and business operations experience they can trust with a client’s commercial and residential properties.
Referral details →Why the tie-dye
The tie-dye isn’t a marketing gimmick — it’s what I actually wear. But nobody hands a commercial portfolio to a guy because of his shirt. They hand it over because of the CCIM designation, a career in Arizona real estate transactions going back to 1997, and a track record on the kinds of deals most agents never see: land leases on public land, seller-financed notes, operating businesses sitting on their own real estate.
So you get both. The work is thorough, documented, and credentialed. The person doing it has worked across an unusually diverse set of real estate transactions and businesses. And the personality is bright and colorful.
